Are you looking for a way to give something
back to your community?
Do you have organisational or book-keeping skills that you would
like to put to more use?
We are looking for people to help us get the new bus link to Lewknor off the ground.
We are looking for help keeping our finances in order and
running our day to day operations.
We need someone to act as our book-keeper, to be responsible for
the drivers wages and to ensure invoices are paid.
We are also looking for people to help run the day to day
operations of the buses; to help ensure we are running as
we should, that the right drivers are in the right place at the
right time doing the right things.
Its not clear yet how much effort these jobs will take, but
whether you have 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week a month to spare we
would be very grateful for your input.
It might be there is one person who would like to dedicate
significant time to this or it might be that together, many
small contributions can combine to form a varied team to meet
the challenge.
We are also looking for drivers to help run the Community
Connection Minibus
If you think this is the opportunity you have been waiting for
and want to get stuck into helping deliver real benefit to the
community please get in touch with David Shannon, one of the
directors of Watlington Community Interest Company, at
david.shannon@watlingtoncic.co.uk and let us know how you would
like to help.
